How to pay your sponsorship money for the Sponsored Walk 2022 A warm welcome from the PTA! Here’s what we do.
Our main role is raising money to support the school and buy things for the pupils that the school wouldn’t be able to buy otherwise. We have recently donated £60,000 to the Sports Hall fundraising effort, and paid for a 3D printer, the canopy for the outside courtyard and lighting and sound systems for the hall.
We raise this money mostly by organising events for parents (Quiz Nights, 80s Night, Race Night) and for the pupils (Christmas Bring and Buy, Year 7 & 8 discos, Easter Egg Bingo), which are both fundraising and fun social events. We also run our monthly prize draw, the 100+ Club, as well as a Christmas Raffle.

How you can help
There are lots of things you can do to support the PTA, and we appreciate every single bit of support we get.
Here’s what you can do:
- Come to the events All the profit goes to the school. You just buy the tickets and have fun at the events!
- Sign up to the 100+ Club Donate by standing order and enter the monthly cash prize draw.
- Sign up to support us with easyfundraising.co.uk (LINK TO http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/twggspta/). Once you’re registered, Easyfundraising give us money every time you pay for your normal online purchases, at no cost to you.
- Help at an event. Email us and we’ll add your name to our list of helpers. When we ask for help, if you can fit us in, you can offer your services.
- Sponsor your child(ren) and buy raffle tickets.
- Donate a raffle prize. We ask for these before our events, but if you have something you’d like to donate right now, just let us know and we’ll take it off your hands!
- Sponsor an event. Our events have set-up costs and we try to cover them with sponsorship. If you or your company would like to sponsor an event, in return for lots of mentions and heaps of gratitude, please email us.
100+ Club Monthly Prize Draws - ENTER HERE
This is a monthly prize draw run by the PTA exclusively for parents/carers.
You make an annual payment by standing order of £12 and you are then entered in the draw, with a first prize of £75, second prize of £50 each month.
You can buy as many entries as you want.

Secondhand Uniform
The PTA runs a shop for parents to buy second-hand uniform for their children. It is sourced entirely from donations and we aim to hold stocks of skirts, blouses, jumpers, dresses and PE kit.
If you would like to purchase uniform, email uniform@jobs.remax-central-lvnv.com .
Obviously, we always need more stock, so if you have any uniform which is in a good, clean and saleable condition that you would like to donate, please leave it at reception.

This is one of the easiest ways that you can support the PTA, at really minimal effort and absolutely no cost to you.
Just go to easyfundraising LINK TO http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/twggspta/ and sign up, nominating 澳门葡京官方游戏平台 PTA as your cause. Then every one of your purchases at their partner websites will raise money for 澳门葡京官方游戏平台 PTA. And their partner websites are normal, everyday places to shop like Next, John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, M&S. Then every three months they add up all the money 澳门葡京官方游戏平台 PTA supporters have raised and pay it into our account.
Simple as that. And it costs you nothing.
